<br />Avenue, said curve has a radius of 59.76 feet and a central angle
<br />of 54 degrees; thence Northwesterly, tangent to said curve,
<br />39.55 feet, and said center line there terminating;
<br />has not formerly been used for public purposes, has not been needed
<br />for public purposes; and
<br />WHEREAS, after due consideration, at a Public Hearing held on May
<br />14, 1979 at 9:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Lino
<br />Lakes, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota, this City Council determines that the vacation of said
<br />portion of a cul -de -sa of a City Street will in no way be detrimental
<br />to the public interest, and that it will be in the interest of the public
<br />to vacate said portion of a cul -de -sac of a City Stree;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino
<br />Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows"
<br />That the following described portion of a cul -de -sac of a City Street
<br />lying withing the corporate limits of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
<br />That . part of the North Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County
<br />Minnesota, which lies within the circumference of a circle having
<br />a radius of 50 feet; the center point of said circle is the
<br />terminus of the following described center line:
<br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Lakeview Avenue as
<br />dedicated in OTTER LAKE HILLS, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof, distant 0.45 feet East of the West line of said OTTER
<br />LAKE HILLS, as measured along said center line; thence North -
<br />westerly, a distance of 56.32 feet along a curve concave to the
<br />Northeast and tangential with the center line of said Lakeview
<br />Avenue, said curve has a radius of 59.76 feet and a central
<br />angle of 54 degrees; thence Northwesterly, tangent to said curve,
<br />39.55 feet, and said center line there terminating,
<br />shall he and is hereby vacated as of the date hereof.
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
<br />seconded by Councilman Kulaszewicz, and upon vote being taken thereon
<br />the following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Harvey Karth and Councilmen
<br />Richard Kulaszewicz, John McLean, Robert Schneider and Richard Zelinka.
<br />and the follwoing voted against the same: none.
<br />Whereupon the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
<br />OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
<br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, City of Lino Lakes
<br />at 8:00 o'clock P.M., on the 14th day of May, 1979. The following
<br />members were present: Mayor Harvey Karth, and Councilmen Richard
<br />Kulaszewicz, John McLean, Robert Schneider and Richard Zelinka,
<br />and the follwoing members were absent: none.
