<br />Mr. Locher reported on the request for holding of a two day pig roast by a local cit-
<br />izen. He reported on the various permits that must be obtained. No decision on this
<br />matter.
<br />Mr. Gotwal,d reported on the progress of streets w *thin the various plats. All is being
<br />done on schedule.
<br />Mr. Locher had checked the bond for gambling at the VFW and found in order. Mr. McLean
<br />moved to approve this pperation. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed.
<br />Mr. McLean moved to approve requisitions #910 & 911. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion
<br />declared passed.
<br />Mr. McLean moved to approve checks #9690 through and including #9707. Seconded by Mr.
<br />Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed.
<br />Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 1:00 A.M. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Aye.

<br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
<br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City hall, City of Lino Lakes.at 8 :00 P.M., on the
<br />14th day of May, 1979. The following members were present: Mayor Harvey Karth, and
<br />Councilmen Richard Kulaszewicz, John McLea9, Robert Schneider,and Richard Zelinka,
<br />and the follow;bng members were absent: none.
<br />Councilman McLean introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
<br />Whereas, the City Council of the City of LItjo Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />has, on its own motion, ordered a hearing to be held to consider the vacation of a
<br />portion of utility easements lying within the corporate limits of the City of Lino
<br />Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
<br />A utiltfy easement as shown on the plat of Twilight Acres, according to the
<br />map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office fo the County re-
<br />corder, Anoka County, Minnesota, over, a strip of land 10 feet in width, as
<br />measured at right angles, parallel with and adjacent to and Northeasterly
<br />of the Southwesterly line of Lot 2, Block 2, of said subdivision.
<br />and,
<br />A utility easement as shown on said plat, o!ier a strip of land 10 feet
<br />in width parallel with and adjacent to and lying Northwesterly of the
<br />Southeasterly lino 4f Lot 3, Block 2, of said subdivision, except that
<br />part thereof lying South of a line parallel with and distatt $0 feet
<br />North of the Souther }y 1 i ne of- said Lot 3, Block 2.

<br />Whereas, published notice of the hearing held this 14th day of May, 1979,
<br />at 11:30 o'clock, P.M., at the City Hall in the City of Lino Lakes, was duly made
<br />for two weeks, on, April 19, 1979, and April 26, 1979, in the ForesttLake Times, and
<br />posted notice of said hearing, since April 27, 1979, was duly made, all as required
<br />by law, giving legal notice as required by law;
