June 11, 1979 advise on this problem and to send a letter to the City. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. This matter is to be put on the June 25th, 1979 agenda. Chief Myhre said he had checked out Mr. McShannock's complaint against the operations of Mr. Ford. Mr. Ford has been given 14 days to clean up the area. Chief Myhre will also check with Mr. Beach, the tree inspector. There had been some questions on the need to rezone the area planned for the expansion of the Baldwin Lake Trailer Park. Mr. Locher recommended this be rezoned to R6 to insure the consistency of usage. Mr. Locher will send a letter on this matter. There was also discussion on the existing residence that has no frontage and only an 8' easement for entrance. It was felt that perhaps some other arrangements could be made in this area. Mr. Locher had also checked on the different rates charged for off -sale liquor licenses by various communities. This rate is established ny the population figure; 1st class Cities - $1000.00; 10,000 #opulation - $200.00; 5,000/10,000 - $150.00; under 5,000 - $100.00. Mr. Locher had been contacted by an Attorney about the variances issued to Mr. Luther LeVessuer in that one of the figures on the survey is incorrect. He had also contacted the Clerk on this matter and had been told it would be necessary to present a correct survey before any action can be taken. Mr. McLean moved to approve requisitions #916 and #915, all others to be held until the financial report is ready. These requisitions to be presented at the June 25, 1979 meeting for consideration. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion declared passed. Mr. Zelinka moved to approve checks #9713 through and including #9744. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. Mrs Mobley gave the Council a brief summary of the septic system problems at the Donald Shackle residence on 4th AVenue and a copy of the system that must be installed in order to insure proper operation. Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 11:15 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Aye. These minutes were considered and approved at the regular Council meeting held on July 9, 1979. Edna L. Council members present; Kulaszewicz, Zelinka. Absent; McLean Schneider. Mr. Locher and Mr. Gotwald were present. The Minutes of the Hune 11, 1979 meeting were tabled for consideration at the July 9, 1979 meeting due to a lack of quorum of members present at the June 11, 1979 meeting.
