1
1
1
COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 18, 1991
that the trunk cannot be completed. The new elementary school
will be connected to the current forced main on Birch Street.
This connection will take all available space on the force main.
This means that there can be no further development in this
portion of the City.
It was suggested that a "step plan" be developed for the housing
in both the Carlson and Barott property. Mr. Miller was asked to
develop a package to bring to the Barott's and Mr. Carlson. The
plan includes that Mr. Carlson buy the Barott property and the
"step plan" be prepared for the entire area. The plan would
include platting of the complete park in the southeast corner of
the subdivision so that it could be enlarged when the Montain
property was developed.
The work session adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
These minutes were considered, corrected and accepted at the
regular Council meeting held on May 13, 1991.
14_ 4
Anderson, i"arold L.
