Mr. Schumacher explained that all matters that <br />are of a routine nature, are non - controversial or automatic are <br />placed on the consent agenda. Such matters a setting public <br />hearings, accepting required easements, minutes and disbursements <br />are sample items. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve <br />Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve <br />Council Member Bohjanen seconded the <br />Council Member Kuether abstaining. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />the consent agenda. Motion carried with <br />Jack Lannan, District Memorial Hospital (DMH) Annual Update - Mr. <br />Lannan presented a written annual report to the Council and <br />briefly highly several areas of the report. He explained that <br />everyone is welcome to come and tour the hospital facility. Mr. <br />Lannan complimented the Lino Lakes representative on the DMH <br />Board, Mrs. Val Rosengren. He also highlighted the 1990 <br />operation of the DMH ambulance that is located in the Lino Lakes <br />Fire Station No. 2.
