1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING MAY 13, 1991 <br />Lino Lakes Police Department and the DMH. <br />Mayor Bisel asked about the possibility of Chisago Hospital <br />purchasing DMH. Mr. Lannan said the offer was made but declined. <br />He also noted that DMH has become a Health I facility. This will <br />be good for DMH because Health I can provide needed resources. <br />The Council thanked Mr. Lannan for coming this evening. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Resolution No. 39 - 91 Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />Ordering Advertisement for Bids for Pheasant Hills Preserve, Dan <br />Boxrud - Mr. Boxrud explained that the City Council ordered <br />preparation of the plans and specifications on April 8, 1991. <br />The plans, specifications and development contract is now <br />completed and the additional easements are being processed. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve Resolution No. 39 - 91 <br />and set the bid opening for June 7, 1991. Council Member Kuether <br />seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Absent: none <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Kuether <br />El <br />Consideration of a Revised Feasibility Report, PineRidge, <br />Resolution No. 46 - 91 - Mr. Boxrud explained that because of the <br />Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer Improvement a revised feasibility <br />report has been generated for PineRidge. It fully takes into <br />account the ordered trunk sewer project while also maximizing the <br />number of lots the developer can develop at this time (58). The <br />park property will be set aside as an outlot until such time as <br />the park is moved to the east on the Barott property adjacent to <br />Birch Wood Acres. <br />The developer, Rick Carlson, Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Boxrud and Mr. <br />Schumacher met last week and completed the developers agreement. <br />All issues were agreed upon. The total assessment for this <br />improvement is $770,000.00 including the Reshanau Lake Trunk <br />assessment. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve Resolution No. 46 - 91 <br />accepting the revised feasibility report.
