Council Member Reinert <br />seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Kuether ❑ <br />Absent: Kuether <br />Motion carried. <br />Resolution No. 43 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Resolution No. 44 - 91 Ordering Improvement and Preparation of <br />Plans and Specifications for Gordon and Katie Allen Improvement - <br />Mr. Schneider explained that he has contacted a contractor <br />already working in Lino Lakes and this improvement can be added <br />to the project already in progress. This will keep the cost of <br />the project to within the preliminary estimate. Council Member <br />Bohjanen moved to approve Resolution No. 44 - 91 Ordering <br />Improvement and Preparation of Plans for the Installation of <br />Sanitary Sewer and Municipal Water for the Gordon and Katie Allen <br />Property. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Kuether ❑ <br />Absent: Kuether <br />Motion carried. <br />Resolution No. 44 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF RECREATION AGREEMENT WITH <br />CENTENNIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 12, DON VOLK <br />The City of Lino Lakes has created its own Recreation Department. <br />In order to stay competitive with the North Metro Recreation <br />Program (Circle Pines, Centerville and Lexington) for the use of <br />the Centennial School District's facilities (both indoor and <br />outdoor) a comparable recreation agreement has been drafted. The <br />document addresses the same issues and benefits as in the North <br />Metro Recreation Program. Lino Lakes should have first use of <br />the school district property. It also means that since the <br />school district has property in other cities, Lino Lakes could be <br />scheduling events in other cities.
