ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel © Bohjanen © Kuether ❑ <br />Neal © Reinert <br />Absent: Kuether <br />Motion carried. <br />Resolution No. 49 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Resolution No. 45 - 91 Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />Ordering Work Done by Day Labor, Gordon and Katie Allen Property, <br />Darrell Schneider - Mr. Schneider explained that the feasibility <br />report was received by the City Council on May 13, 1991. The <br />plans and specifications have now been completed and in order to <br />complete the project at the earliest possible date and to provide <br />sanitary sewer service to this residence, the Staff has <br />recommended that the project be done by day labor. Council <br />Member Reinert seconded the motion.
