1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JULY 8, 1991 <br />wanted the overall project to fit into the community. <br />Council Member Reinert said he was expecting an "up front" <br />approach to development. The process taken in this development <br />is not really telling all of the truth. He felt that piecemeal <br />development is deceptive. Mr. Birch agreed and.explained that <br />this is not how he originally proposed the development. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to close the public hearing at 9:58 <br />P.M. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to table this item until after the <br />rezone question is resolved. Council Member Reinert seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Council took a five minute break. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Resolution No. 62 - 91 Receiving Report and Calling Hearing on <br />Improvement, Reshanau Lake Estates South, 4th and 5th <br />Additions - Mr. Schneider explained that a feasibility report <br />had been ordered and received and plans and specifications had <br />been ordered on this improvement. Later, it became necessary to <br />replat the area due to changes in administration of the wetlands <br />by the Corps of Engineers. An updated feasibility report has now <br />been completed and the developer has presented an improvement <br />petition waiving 50 of the 60 day waiting period for ordering <br />improvements. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 62 - 91 <br />Receiving the Report and Calling Hearing on the Improvements. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Abstained: none <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert IA <br />Kuether <br />Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 62 - 91 can be found <br />at the end of these minutes. <br />Resolution No. 63 - 91 Ordering Plans and Specifications for <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, 4th and 5th Additions - Council <br />Member Bohjanen moved to approve resolution No. 63 - 91 Ordering <br />Plans and Specifications for Reshanau Lake Estates South, 4th and <br />5th Additions.
