Council Member <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />personal invitation to the Council <br />Consideration and Approval of the 1991/1992 Stray Animal Holding <br />Contract - A copy of the proposed 1991/1992 contract was given to <br />Council Members in their packet. The proposed contract indicates <br />that all costs will remain the same for the next contract period. <br />Chief Campbell has indicated that the service is working very <br />well for this community. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the 1991/1992 Stray <br />Animal Holding Contract with the Anoka County Animal Humane <br />Society. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Set Public Hearing for Revocation of Liquor License, My- Place -On- <br />The -Lake - Mrs. Anderson explained that the dram shop insurance <br />for this establishment had been canceled effective July 2, 1991. <br />The business was closed. The City Code states that a public <br />hearing to revoke the liquor license for this establishment must <br />be held. Mrs. Anderson recommended that the public hearing be <br />set for Monday, August 12, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. Council Member <br />Bohjanen moved to set the public hearing. Council Member Kuether <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Consideration of Accepting Laura Elken's Resignation - Council <br />member Reinert moved to accept Mrs. Elken's resignation. Council <br />Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Bisel asked that a note be sent to Mrs. Elken thanking her <br />for her service. <br />Review of the 1992 Budget Schedule - Mr. Schumacher explained <br />that a calendar has been prepared and it is very important that <br />this schedule be followed so that this City can comply with state <br />budget mandates. He asked the Council Members to let him know if <br />they have a concern regarding the dates. <br />For Your Information, Extension of NSP Gas Pipe Line Through Lino <br />Lakes - Mr. Schumacher met with officials of NSP on July 9, 1991 <br />and was given information regarding the proposed gas line route <br />through Lino Lakes. A final decision regarding the route will be <br />made by the Minnesota Environment Quality Board (EQB) and <br />appropriate permits will be issued. This matter is out of the <br />jurisdiction of the City Council, however if there is a concern, <br />it should be presented to the EQB. <br />PAGE 12 <br />3o <br />
