70 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 27, 1992 <br />PUBLIC HEARING, VACATION OF EASEMENT, ALCOCR ESTATE <br />Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing at 7:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Hawkins explained that the easement in question is a private <br />easement between the Alcock Estate and Mr. Jerry Rosengren. If <br />there is a concern regarding this easement, it must be settled <br />privately between the two (2) parties. The City has no <br />jurisdiction on the easement. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to close the public hearing at 7:31 <br />P.M. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Council Member Neal moved to adjourn at 7:31 P.M. Council Member <br />Elliott seconded the motion.
