io2 <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION FEBRUARY 19, 1992 <br />the proper lot sizes into the plat. A second problem is the <br />multi - family zoning on the north and south side of the <br />development. If single family residential is allowed to develop, <br />will there be a problem developing multi - family around the plat? <br />In addition, Mr. Hanson, owner of the sea plane base is asking <br />that all developers be sure to tell prospective customers that <br />there are low flying aircraft in the area. Mayor Reinert <br />suggested that all developers should be responsible for hiring a <br />marketing firm that would let prospective buyers know these <br />things. He suggested that selling agents be registered with the <br />City and given enlightening courses. <br />Council Member Neal said he has heard that some of the new <br />residents in Wenzel Farms are not aware that there will be town <br />homes constructed along Lake Drive. Council Member Kuether will <br />discuss this matter with Mr. Hokanson and ask him to erect a <br />sign. <br />This matter will probably be placed on the March 9, 1992 agenda. <br />Mr. Schumacher asked that the following items be placed on the <br />next Council Work Session: <br />1. Clarification on Pine Oaks Addition <br />2. Pay Equity Update <br />3. Support Staff Salary Recommendations <br />February 24, 1992 Agenda - Mr. Schumacher briefly reviewed the <br />draft agenda. No changes were made. <br />Mr. Schumacher reminded the Council of the Common Ground meeting <br />scheduled for Saturday, February 22, 1992. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 P.M. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the <br />regular Council meeting held on March 9, 1992. <br />/-` <br />Marilynâś“G.
