1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 9, 1992 <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Determining Length of Term of Office for Newly Appointed Park <br />Board and Planning and Zoning Board Members - The names of each <br />newly appointed Park Board and Planning and Zoning Board Member <br />were placed in a container. Names were drawn first for the two <br />(2) year terms and next for the three (3) year terms. The Park <br />Board terms are as follows: <br />Two Year Terms <br />Three Year Terms <br />- Jacquelyne Farm, 12/31/93 <br />Raymond Johnson, 12/31/93 <br />- Brian Bourassa, 12/31/94 <br />John Baumann, 12/31/94 <br />The Planning and Zoning Board terms are as follows: <br />Two Year Terms <br />Three Year Terms <br />- Tom Mesich, 12/31/93 <br />James Schaps, 12/31/93 <br />- John Landers, 12/31/94 <br />Kathleen Nordine, 12/31/94 <br />Frederick Gelbmann, 12/31/94 <br />The first meeting for these newly appointed Board Members will be <br />April, 1992. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consideration of Renewal of Centennial Fire Relief Association <br />Gambling License - The Centennial Fire Relief Association is <br />conducting a pull tab operation in the 49 Club, 6007 Hodgson <br />Road. This organization has complied with the provisions of the <br />City Gambling Ordinance. Their requirements have been met in the <br />purchase of equipment for the Centennial Fire Department. Police <br />Chief Dean Campbell reports no problems with this operation. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the renewal of the gambling <br />license for the Centennial Fire Relief Association for operation <br />at the 49 Club. Council Member Elliott seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Reinert noted the 1992 Legislative Conference, March 24, <br />1992, the Charter Commission meeting, March 12, 1992 and the Girl <br />Scout Week proclamation. <br />Consideration of Election Judges List for April 7, 1992 <br />Presidential Primary Election - Mrs. Anderson presented a list of <br />Judges to the Council for approval.
