Approved <br />CONSIDERATION OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT <br />RESOLUTIONS: <br />Resolution No. 92 - 60 Closing Certain <br />Projects Within the Interim Construction <br />Fund Based on Recommendations by the <br />City Engineer <br />Resolution No. 92 - 61 Authorizing The <br />Transfer of Funds from the Area and <br />Connection Fund to the Interim Fund <br />Resolution No. 92 - 62 Amending the 1992 <br />General Fund Budget for Adjustments <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under Open Mike. <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />CONSIDERATION OF RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY STEERING COMMITTEE IN ESTABLISHING A SEVEN (7) MEMBER <br />ADVISORY BOARD <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that the City Council has designated <br />this item a high priority item. He noted that the City Council <br />acting as the Economic Development Authority (EDA) authorized the <br />establishment of an Economic Development Authority Advisory <br />Board. A steering committee composed of Mr. Schumacher, Glenn <br />Rehbein, Gary Uhde and Roger Jensen met and have proposed the <br />following structure and membership for the EDA Advisory Board: <br />1. Member of the City Council (Appointed by the Council) <br />2. Member of P & Z Board (Appointed by the Council) <br />3. Member of local business community - Glenn Rehbein <br />4. Financial /Accountant - Don Gorowsky <br />5. Developer - Gary Uhde <br />6. Architect /Engineer - Brian Wessel <br />7. Marketing background - Roger Jensen <br />Mr. Schumacher noted that the steering committee felt that the <br />above list represents a good private /public mixture and includes <br />a variety of technical backgrounds. A good representation of <br />landowners, business people and those who have experience in this <br />area have agreed to serve as the Advisory Board. They appear to <br />be eager and aggressive and plan to meet at least twice a month <br />PAGE 2 <br />
