Approved CONSIDERATION OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT RESOLUTIONS: Resolution No. 92 - 60 Closing Certain Projects Within the Interim Construction Fund Based on Recommendations by the City Engineer Resolution No. 92 - 61 Authorizing The Transfer of Funds from the Area and Connection Fund to the Interim Fund Resolution No. 92 - 62 Amending the 1992 General Fund Budget for Adjustments REGULAR AGENDA OPEN MIKE No one appeared under Open Mike. Approved Approved Approved CONSIDERATION OF RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY STEERING COMMITTEE IN ESTABLISHING A SEVEN (7) MEMBER ADVISORY BOARD Mr. Schumacher explained that the City Council has designated this item a high priority item. He noted that the City Council acting as the Economic Development Authority (EDA) authorized the establishment of an Economic Development Authority Advisory Board. A steering committee composed of Mr. Schumacher, Glenn Rehbein, Gary Uhde and Roger Jensen met and have proposed the following structure and membership for the EDA Advisory Board: 1. Member of the City Council (Appointed by the Council) 2. Member of P & Z Board (Appointed by the Council) 3. Member of local business community - Glenn Rehbein 4. Financial /Accountant - Don Gorowsky 5. Developer - Gary Uhde 6. Architect /Engineer - Brian Wessel 7. Marketing background - Roger Jensen Mr. Schumacher noted that the steering committee felt that the above list represents a good private /public mixture and includes a variety of technical backgrounds. A good representation of landowners, business people and those who have experience in this area have agreed to serve as the Advisory Board. They appear to be eager and aggressive and plan to meet at least twice a month PAGE 2
