- 234 <br />COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 13, 1992 <br />to form an economic development plan for the Apollo Drive area. <br />Mr. Schumacher asked the Council to consider appointing a Council <br />Member and a Planning and Zoning Board Member to the Advisory <br />Board. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to appoint Council Member Bergeson <br />to the Advisory Board. Council Member Elliott seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried with Council Member Bergeson abstaining. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to appoint Planning and Zoning Board <br />Member Al Robinson to the Advisory Committee. Council Member <br />Bergeson seconded the motion. There was a question regarding if <br />Planning and Zoning Board Member Robinson would be available for <br />all meetings. Mr. Schumacher explained that he had spoken with <br />Planning and Zoning Board Member Robinson and noted the extra <br />meetings needed to get the work accomplished. Council Member <br />Kuether explained that if this becomes a problem, the matter can <br />be returned to the Council for further consideration. Voting on <br />the motion, motion carried with Council Member Elliott and Mayor <br />Reinert voting no. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to appoint Glenn Rehbein, Don <br />Gorowsky, Gary Uhde, Brian Wessel and Roger Jensen to the <br />Advisory Board. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to determine terms of membership <br />for the Advisory Committee at a future work session. Council <br />Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />SECOND READING, ORDINANCE NO. 06 - 92, REZONE SHORES OF MARSHAN <br />LAKE <br />The public hearing and first reading of Ordinance No. 06 - 92 was <br />conducted at the March 23, 1992 regular Council meeting. There <br />were no adverse comments from the public hearing. <br />Council Member Neal moved to adopt the second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 06 - 92. Council Member Kuether seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 06 - 92 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, COUNTY ROAD J (ASH STREET) IMPROVEMENT HEARING <br />Mr. Schneider explained that this matter had been brought to the <br />attention of the City Council previously. A neighborhood meeting <br />was held on February 27, 1992. Resident comments were received <br />at that time and a copy of their comments were given to the <br />Council in their packets.
