t <br />i <br />COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 25, 1995 <br />9. Delivery vehicles shall be limited to "after- hours" delivery as recommended by <br />the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />10. A five (5) foot variance shall be granted to allow the drive - through lane to be <br />located as shown on the plan. <br />11. The owner sign a waiver to not oppose municipal water and sanitary sewer. <br />Concern was noted about possible use of James Street for overflow parking. This matter <br />was not addressed by the Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Hoffman, owner of the <br />property noted that there could be some parking on James Street during the summer time <br />because of ball teams coming for refreshments. He will contact the Lino Lakes banch of <br />the Hugo Bank located across the street from the proposed Dairy Queen to make this <br />arrangement. <br />Mayor Reinert asked that this matter be noted for future reference. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the site plan with conditions outlined above. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried. unanimously. <br />Council Member Kuether noted that Item No. 9 should be removed. Council Member <br />Neal removed his second and Council Member Elliott removed her motion. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the site plan with conditions outlined above <br />except that Item No. 9, Delivery vehicles shall be limited to "after- hours" delivery as <br />recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board be eliminated. Council Member Neal <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Move House Into Cityf Carl Buechller, 6974 Lake Drive - Mr. Buechller is requesting <br />a site plan review to move house from 1 Willow Road in North Oaks onto a site at 6974 <br />Lake Drive (two lots south of the Surfside Seaplane Base). According to Sec. 14, Subd. <br />23 Relocated Structures, "Before any house or other structure is moved onto a vacant lot, <br />the Planning and Zoning Board shall report to the City Council whether the structure will <br />be compatible with other development in the area, and conform to all City codes and <br />ordinances..." <br />The property is zoned Single Family Residential (R -1) and indicated as residential on the <br />Lino Lakes Land Use Map. The proposed house can be located on the lot so as to <br />conform to the setback requirements of the R -1 District and the Lino Lakes Shoreland <br />Management Ordinance. The house is 1,660 square feet in area with an attached two (2) <br />car garage. It will be located on the lot so as to blend with the adjacent homes. In <br />relation to the adjacent homes, the structure to be moved in appears to be of equal or <br />greater value. Sewer and water utilities are not currently available to serve the property <br />and the homeowner has petitioned the City for an extension of utilities. A cost has not <br />PAGE 5 <br />
