Council Member ClAtTnnid introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-10 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the development agreement for the Clearwater Creek Business Center was <br />approved by the City Council on November 13, 2000, and <br />WHEREAS, Exhibit D of the development agreement requires that the developer be <br />reimbursed in the amount of $135,030.80 for extension of sanitary sewer and water <br />service to areas outside of the plat and north of Main Street, and <br />WHEREAS, T & G Properties, 6805 20th Avenue, P.O. Box 368, Hugo, Minnesota, <br />55038 is the developer of Clearwater Creek Business Center, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The payment to T & G Properties, developer of Clearwater Creek Business <br />Center, in the amount of $135,030.80 is hereby approved. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd ; of January, 2001. <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />J.
