The building is considered one story; however, the office and <br />warehouse portions will have different heights. The office section will be 16 feet high <br />while the warehouse portion will be 28 high. Both of these heights conform to the 45- <br />foot height limit for buildings in the L -I District. The site plan also shows a 22,800 <br />square foot future expansion along with future parking, which will be subject to further <br />review in the future. <br />The buildings exterior materials conform to the standards in Section 3, Subdivision 4.B <br />of the City Code. The warehouse portion of the building will be constructed of pre -cast <br />concrete panels with a painted band. The office portion of the building will be <br />constructed of a mix of pre -cast concrete panels, rockface masonry veneer, and aluminum <br />
