It is the intention of this proposal to follow up management procedures in <br />Clearwater Creek with educational material and a volunteer removal program for <br />both area 1 and area 2. <br />Required Attachment #2: Outline in a one to two page work plan the 1) key <br />activities to be performed, 2) who will carry out each activity, 3) methodologies <br />used, 4) time frame for carrying out the project and 5) final quantifiable <br />deliverables. Planting lists must be provided for restoration projects. <br />Work Plan: See Attachment: Lino Lakes Restoration, Management And <br />Monitoring Schedule. Planting List (If needed): Savanna Ground Layer <br />Species. Associated Species: Sedges, Silky and Virginia wild rye, American <br />hazel shrubs, Bottle grasses. Ground cover forbs including but not limited <br />to:Blue Aster, arrow leaved aster, columbine, large leaved aster, white snakeroot, <br />wild geranium, Bishop's cap, greenheaded coneflower, bloodroot, Early meadow <br />rue, large flowered trillium, yellow violet. Volunteers may also be used to salvage <br />plants, and or transplant plants from other areas of the City to reintroduce <br />biodiversity should there be little or no seedbank. Seed bank soil tests may be <br />conducted early this spring to determine seed bank potential. <br />15. Project Partners - List key partners involved with the project implementation. <br />Partners: City of Lino Lakes, Neighborhood residents, Clearwater Creek <br />Development. <br />Attachment #3: Signed and dated letters from partners contributing to <br />the match amount shown'below'(cash or in -kind) must accompany this <br />application. Also required are descriptions of qualifications of individuals <br />conducting natural resource research or restoration. <br />Marty Asleson: Environmental Coordinator For The City Of Lino Lakes/ <br />Responsible To The Lino Lakes Environmental Board.
