The motion died for lack of <br />a sec ond. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to accept the P &Z recommendations to the Council, with the <br />following stipulations: <br />Modify #1 to include the lots by the lake and the lower right by replatting <br />those areas into RI. <br />Delete #2 and #3, utilize those blocked areas now designated as parks, Leave #4 <br />and #5 as is. <br />Add #6, Village accept open space on Lakes Plant #3, but this is not to be <br />included as part of park development to be dedicated on a percentage basis, also <br />an indication from U. S. Lakes that they will meet the Council to determine the Park <br />area of the unplatted area for the mutual benefit of the Village as well as the <br />residents involved. <br />Mr. Cardinal seconded. Motion carried with Mr. Marier voting No. <br />Mr. Busch said they have preliminary figures on the revised assessment from Suburban <br />Engineering. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to have Suburban Engineering and Mr. Gotwald draft the necessary <br />figures. Aye. <br />Minutes approved at November 13, 1972 meeting ,% <br />Clerk- Treasurer <br />There as a 10 minute break and the Council reconvened for the regular meeting of <br />the Lino Lakes Village Council. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Bohjanen <br />on October 24, 1972, at 9:00 P. M. Trustees present: Cardinal, Marier, Zelinka. <br />Absent: Jaworski. Attorney Locher was also present. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to accept the minutes of the October 10, 1972, meeting as written. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded. Motion carried with Mr. Cardinal abstaining. <br />The Clerk reported: <br />I. She had received the minutes from the Rice Creek Watershed and there was copie <br />for all members <br />2. Received one $15.00 refund from Unity Hospital. Mr. Ross had not taken the <br />first aid course. <br />3. Received $125.00 in court fines. <br />4. The $150,000.00 Treasury Bills had matured and on the advice of the ATtorney <br />had reinvested the money. The cost was $146,146.21 with interest of$$,853.79 <br />1 credited to our accouht,s <br />5. Received an answer from the St. Paul Water Department requesting a meeting with <br />our Park Board Chairman to discuss the Baldwin Lake Property. <br />6. Received notice to appear at the Anoka Auditor's Office on Friday, October 27 <br />1972, to secure ballots for the coming election. <br />7. REceived a letter from Mr. RIG. Brennan of the State Highway Department in the <br />petition has been forwarded to the District Engineer. Mr. W. C. Merritt and <br />stated that we should hear from him soon. <br />8. A letter from the Hartford Insurance refusing to pay the damage claim on the <br />pump house. Mr. Locher said he had a statement from Loosen Plumbing that they <br />will absorb the cost. <br />9.
