Aye. <br />Minutes approved at November 13, 1972 meeting <br />Clerk- Treasurer <br />There as a 10 minute break and the Council reconvened for the regular meeting of <br />the Lino Lakes Village Council. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Bohjanen <br />on October 24, 1972, at 9:00 P. M. Trustees present: Cardinal, Marier, Zelinka. <br />Absent: Jaworski . The $150,000.00 Treasury Bills had matured and on the advice of the ATtorney <br />had reinvested the money. Brennan of the State Highway Department in the <br />petition has been forwarded to the District Engineer. Mr. W. C. Merritt and <br />stated that we should hear from him soon. <br />8. A letter from the Hartford Insurance refusing to pay the damage claim on the <br />pump house. Mr. Locher said he had a statement from Loosen Plumbing that they <br />will absorb the cost. <br />9.
