62 <br />11 -9 -72 <br />department. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. <br />Possible Villages to check are Forest Lake, Blaine, Circle Pines, New Brighton and <br />Lexington. This time will be charged to the Utilities Department. <br />1 <br />Mr. Locher reported that Mr. Bu rnste i n , Circle Pines Attorney, had contacted him and <br />the Village of Circle Pines if filing an appeal to the gas ruling. They are willing <br />to drop the appeal if our Village will forego the Attorneys fees and accept the construction <br />charges to the Molin Plant. They will also agree to the boundaries as set up in the <br />Original North Central Franchise. Mr. Bohjanen suggested that both parties get together <br />and talk this over. Mr. Locher thought this was a good idea and will arrange it. <br />Mr. Locher also reported that he has the easements for Peltier Lake Drive and the deed <br />to the pump house lot and he needs a resolution from the Counci+ -to accept them. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the recorded easements and thedeed for the pump house lot. <br />Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. <br />There was some discussion on the Open Space maps that Mr. Gotwald had brought with him. <br />He was asked to make up 50 copies to be mailed to the people who have land involved <br />in the open space program. <br />There was an application from the Lino Lakes Elementary School Parents Club for a Dingo <br />Permit for No. 10, 1972. Mr. Jaworski moved to approve the permit. Mr. Cardinal <br />Seconded. Carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to adjourn at 9:30 P. M. Mr. Jaworski seconded. Aye. <br />Minutes approved at November 13, 1972 meeting <br />Clerk-Treasurer <br />11 -13 -72 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council was called to order at 8:00 P. M. <br />on November 13, 1972, by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present: Jaworski, Marier, Zelinka= <br />Absent: Cardinal, due to work. Mr. Gotwald was present as was Attorney Beens representing <br />Mr. Locher who was out of town. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to accept the minutes of the special meeting of October 24, 1972 as written. <br />Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried with Mr. Jaworski abstaining . <br />The minutes of the regular Council Meeting of October 24, 1972, were corrected by Mr. Marier <br />as follows: <br />1st page - last paragraph, after the word 'as' add ', this creates a safety hazard for the <br />children riding the school buses, - insert the word especially' after the word 'street'. <br />Mr. Marier moved to accept the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Carried with <br />Mr. Jaworski abstaining. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to accept the minutes of the Canvassing meeting of November 9, 1972, <br />as written. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried with Mr. Marier abstaining. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the minutes of the Special Meeting held on November 9, 1972 <br />as written. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried with Mr. Marier abstaining. <br />1 <br />
