Motion died for lack of second. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve the requisitions Numbers 154, 155; 166 thru 170; 172 <br />thru 177. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried with Mr. Jaworski voting No. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to pay the bills #4842 thru 4867 inclusive. Seconded by Mr. <br />Jaworski. Aye. <br />Minutes approved at the December 26, 1972 meeting. % �✓ <br />Clerk - Treasurer <br />December 18, 1972 <br />The Special meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council was called to order at 7:30 on <br />December 18, 1972, by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present; Cardinal, Jaworski, Zelinka, <br />Absent; Marier , due to a meeting. <br />Mr. Bohjanen reported that in a telephone converati on with Mr. Locher, Mr. Locher had <br />informed him that the Council must approve the Water and Sewer Ordinance tonight so <br />they can be published in time for them to become effective on January 1, 1973. <br />The Council reviewed the Water Ordinance and made the fol lowing changes; <br />Section 31, paragraph 1 " the amount of $55.00" was agreed upon by the Council; <br />Section 32, Deposit, the sentence was changed to read " which sum shall be equal <br />to $35.00 or 6 months of anticipated water usage, whichever is larger " / <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to adopt the Water Ordinance with the *igures inserted. Seconded by <br />Mr. Jaworski. Carried unanimously. <br />The Council review the Sewer Ordinance and found it satisfactory. Mr. Jaworski moved <br />to adopt the Sewer Ordinance. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Carried unamimously. <br />There was discussion on the various water meters that the Council had checked. Mr. <br />Zelinka moved to contract for 25 Rockwell meters with the remote read -out unit, from <br />Water Products Company. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to pass a Resolution authorizing the Anoka Highway Department to do <br />the snowplowing for the 1972 -1973 seadon the following roads: <br />I. 64th Street, both East and West of 135E. <br />2. Hansen's Road <br />3. Cedar Street from the Centerville limits to 135E <br />4. LaMotte Road <br />5. The cut -off portion of Birch Street now designated as a service road; <br />and that, as in previous years, Anoka County W i l l plow the Village Road on the West side <br />of Centerville Lake in exchange for Lino Lakes plowing Peltier Drive in Centerville. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cardinal.
