124 April 10, 1973 Mr. Zelinka moved to authorize the Engineers to meet with the MSB and present our- proposed comp reshens i ve sewer plan. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. Mr-. Zelinka moved to authorize Mr. Locher meet with Mr. Dougherty on this contract. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. Mr. Jaworski presented the bids for a stream cleaner for the roads department. The low bid was for $747.00. Mr. Jaworski moved to purchase, the steam cleaner. Seconded by Mr. Ze I inka. Motion carried. Mr. Zelinka moved to adourn at 10:05 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. AYE MINUTES APPROVED AT THE MEETING OF April 23, 1973 Clerk- Treasurer Apri I 23, 1973 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Vi I lage Counci I was cal led to order on April 23, 1973 at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present: Cardinal, Jaworski, Marier, Zelinka. Mr. Locher was also present. Mr. Dougherty was scheduled to appear before the board at this time but Mr. Locher reported that he had e call from Mre Dougherty this after- noon and that he would be unable to appear. The minutes of the April 9, 1973 meeting was corrected as follows: Page 3, paragraph 5 add the word "Girls" after- "Thanks ", page 3, paragraph 5, change "Zelinka" to "Bohjanen" to provide list. Mr. Cardinal moved to accept the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Carried. The minutes of the special meeting of Apri I 10, 1973 were corrected as fol lows: Page 1, paragraph 8, last sentence change to read after the word "pay" add "that part of the total system used by Vi I lage and the rest becomes part of Sewer Service District #2 of which we become a part." Page 2, paragraph 5 add "sewer" after- "comprehensive." Mr. Marier said that when this special meeting was set up that Mr. Cardinal had moved to only consider the business of the Metro Sewer. There had been other bus- iness dealt with at this meeting and he felt that we should either stick by our motions or not make them. Mr. Jaworski agreed with him. Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried with Mr. Cardinal abstaining. The clerk reported that hse had received two checks from Mr. James Ray our Insurance agent. One for 2,88.22 a refund on the automobi le insurance and one for $188.00, a refund on Mrs. Emerton's Treasurer's Bond. She had also received a request for a street I i ght on the corner of Marsham Lane and Old Highway #8. There was discussion on this. Mr. Cardinal moved to request NSP to install a street light on the corner of Marsham Lane and Old Highway #8. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. 1 1 1
