166 May 14, 1973 Mr. Carley had no report. He returned the material sent in connection with the radio tower and said that since there would be no change in the land as such that they would have no report to make. Under new business, Mr. Myhre had found a source for the purchase of two resuscitators for about 110.00 to 120.00 each depending on the numbered ordered. The one we have at the present time is very old and al-most worn out and we should have new ones for the patrol cars. He doesn't know the exact cost but would like approval from the Council to purchase when the opportunity presents itself. When the cost is established he will then submit a requisition. Mr. Jaworski moved to authorize Mr. Myhre to commit the V i I l age for the purchase of two resuscitators not to exceed $140.00 each. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. A gentleman from the audience inquired about the request for the use of Sunrise Park for a Square Dance Convention to be held in 1974. He was told that it had been approved at the last Council meeting. He then questioned the possibility of having close contact with the Police Department just in case they were needed. He was told that this should not present a p ro lbem since we have more personnel and they should be availabel when needed. Mr. Zelinka moved to approve requistions #251 through 0261, holding 1262. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. Mr. Jaworski moved to approve bi I Is #5104 through #5135 and 05053. Second- ed by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 10:35 P.M. Minutes approved at the May 29, 1973 Meeting.A�/�f�c�c.� Vi l lage Clerk- Treasurer May 29, 1973 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council was called to order at 8:00 P.M. on May 29, 1973 by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present; Cardinal, Jaworski, Marier, Zelinka. Mr. Locher was also p resent. Mr. Zelinka moved to approve the minutes of May 14, 1973 as presented. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried with Mr. Cardinal and Mr. Merier abstaining. The Clerk reported that she had received $22.50 in municipal court fines; had a report from the Minnesota Department of Health concerning our water system. She asked the Council their wishes on the maintenance contract for the IBM typewriter. After discussion, Mr. Cardinal moved to buy a maintenance contract on the new machine and to combine both typewriters under the same contract. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. There was discussion on the request of the Minnesota Pipe Line Company to install the second pipeline about 15' to the west of the existing line.
