210 <br />Oct. 9, 1973 <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to add 21% to all funds with the portion for Debt # 1 <br />being added to the General Fund, Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried <br />with Mr. Marier voting No. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to authorize the Clerk to certify the budget to County <br />Auditor. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to approve requisitions # 309 through # 312. Seconded by <br />Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to pay bills #5356 through #5379 inclusive. Seconded by <br />Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 11:00 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Aye. <br />The minutes approved at the meeting of Oct. 23, 1973. <br />Clerk- Treasurer <br />Oct. 23, 1973 <br />The, regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council was called to order at <br />8:00 P.M. October 23, 1973 by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present; Jaworski, <br />Marier, ,Zelinka. Absent; Cardinal. Mr. Locher was at another meeting and would <br />arrive at 9:00 P.M. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve the minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. <br />Motion carried. <br />The Clerk reported that she had a request from the treasurer of the Lions Club <br />for the combination of the funds designated for the improvement of Lino Park. <br />The Council felt that there would be legal complications with a joint account. <br />They suggested that the invoices be submitted to the Village in the amount of <br />our budgeted monies. the Village must have an invoice in order to pay these bills. <br />Since Mr. Locher would be here later, the matter was tabled until then. <br />The Clerk reported that Mr. Lefebvre had suggested that the Clerk be designated <br />as Registration Judge on Election Day. This is to avoid confu -ion for non- <br />registered voters on Election Day. Mr. Marier moved that the Clerk be designated <br />as Registration Judge for Nov. 6, 1973 Election. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion <br />carried. <br />The Clerk had received copies of the survey map from the Engineer for the new <br />lines at the Lino Park. There was discussion on the need for an agreement with <br />Mr. LeVesseur accepting these new lines. Mr. Zelinka moved to authorize the Clerk <br />to write such an agreement and have it signed by Mr. LeVesseur and also one stating <br />that the Village is in agreement with the lines. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion <br />carried. <br />Mr. Gotwald had called to say that H &S had requested his detailed computation <br />of the work done on the roads. They had also asked if he could have a portion of <br />the monies released ahead of the billing. The Council felt that no money should <br />be released until a correct bill is received by the Village. <br />The Clerk had also received a letter and statement from the League of Minnesota <br />Municipalities. She was instructed to write to the League and inform them that <br />
