49 <br />February 11, 1974 <br />Mr. Jaworski stated that the salaries should be reviewed at budget time instead <br />of the first Council meeting. <br />After much discussion Mr. Zelinka made a motion to study the wages until the next <br />regular Council meeting. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Clerk was instructed to type up the present salaries and the proposed salaries <br />for the Council. <br />Mr. McLean motioned that when a Councilman is absent the Mayor should sign <br />requisitions as Department Head. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. Unanimously. <br />Their was no Old Business. <br />New Business. <br />Mr. Gotwald had the application for the buried telephone cable on East Shadow Lake <br />Drive. <br />Mr. Jaworski made the motion to accept this application. Seconded by Mr. McLean. <br />Motion carried with Mr. Marier abstaining. <br />Mr. Gotwald reported that his firm had received and had signed engineering contracts <br />for the Lino Lakes - Centerville Interceptor. This will be a full gravity system <br />and their portion begins at Birch St. and Highway 49. <br />Mr. Zelinka asked if we have in our Ordinance any policy for vacation? <br />Mr. Marier said the Admistration Ordinance should be looked into. They are out <br />of scope. <br />Mr. Jaworski also stated the need of a Ordinance for snow birds and snow from <br />driveways being plowed into the street. <br />After much discussion it was decided to have both Ordinances and the Specs for the <br />new Building on the agenda for the next Council meeting. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve requisitions #366, 367, 368, and #375 through #384. <br />Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve the bills #5570 through #5599. Seconded by Mr. Marier. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn.
