282 <br />$500,000.00 and up <br />April 22, 1974 <br />$0.75 for each additional $1000.00 <br />or fraction thereof, to and <br />including $500,000.00. <br />$446.00 for the first $500,000.00 <br />plus $0.50 for each additional <br />$1000.00 or fraction thereof. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Amundsen also felt that each business located within the City limits should <br />be allowed one identifying sign without a permit. The Planning and Zoning will <br />check the Ordinance with this in mind. <br />Mr. Zelinka asked Mr. Amundsen if there is anything that can be done about <br />buildings started and never finished. Mr. Amundsen had written up a letter citing <br />the requirements and restrictions in connection with obtaining a building permit <br />and inspections. Mr. Marier felt this shoud be discussed with the Planning and <br />Zoning Board. He will take this up at the next meeting and report back to the <br />Council. <br />There was no old business. <br />There was no new business. <br />There was some discussion on requisition 0409.'Mr. Zelinka felt there should be a <br />set of operating procedures for the use of City vehicles. They should be checked <br />out and in. He will set up a procedure recommendation for the next Council <br />meeting for their consideration. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve requisitions #410 through #414, holding #409. <br />Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve payroll checks number 2380 through 2406. Seconded <br />by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve bills with checks number 5705 through and including <br />5725. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Marier asked Mr. Locher if the County was not to reimburse the City for the <br />legal charges in connection with the Open Space Program. Mr. Locher said that was <br />his understanding. <br />The Clerk was instructed to compute these charges and remit a statement to the <br />Anoka County Auditor and back at the next Council meeting. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn at 11:30 p.m. Seconded by Mr. aworski. Aye. <br />The minutes were approved at the May 13, 1974 meeting. <br />Clerk - Treasurer <br />
