88 May 9, 1974 Mr. Burandt said this would be the worse thing that could happen. The Metro Council is not favorable toward developers. Mr. McLean moved to pass a Resolution requesting a meeting with the full Metro Council to be set within the next 10 days for the consideration of the Lino Lakes - Centerville interceptor. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. Centerville has already passed such a Resolution. Mrs. Marcello will get a copy to the Clerk to be attached. Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 10:45 p.m. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Aye. The minutes approved at the May 13, 1974 meeting. Clerk-Treasurer May 13, 1974 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council meeting was called to order at 8:03 p.m. on May 13, 1974 by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present; Jaworski, McLean, Zelinka. Absent; Marier. Mr. Locher and Mr. Gotwald were also present. Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of April 22, 1974 as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of May 9, 1974 as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. The Clerk reported; Received $5.00 in municipal fines; Read a letter from El Rehbein in regards to the sewer problems at 726 Vicky Lane. They will not assume any responsibility for the problem since the home is 8 years old. Read a letter from a Mr. Thomas Tiedemann of Kasson, Minn. noting problems with a boat and motor purchased from the Outpost. Mr. Locher said this is a civil matter and we cannot help the purchaser. Received $769.25 reimbursement from the State of Minnesota for Police assis- tance with runaways at the Youth Center Read a copy of the Resolution passed by the Anoka County Commissioners requesting an interchange at County Road #14 and Interstate 35W. (These letters are to be sent to Mr. Milton.) 1 1
