88 <br />May 9, 1974 <br />Mr. Burandt said this would be the worse thing that could happen. The Metro <br />Council is not favorable toward developers. <br />Mr. McLean moved to pass a Resolution requesting a meeting with the full Metro <br />Council to be set within the next 10 days for the consideration of the Lino <br />Lakes - Centerville interceptor. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />Centerville has already passed such a Resolution. Mrs. Marcello will get a copy <br />to the Clerk to be attached. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 10:45 p.m. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Aye. <br />The minutes approved at the May 13, 1974 meeting. <br />Clerk-Treasurer <br />May 13, 1974 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council meeting was called to order <br />at 8:03 p.m. on May 13, 1974 by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present; Jaworski, <br />McLean, Zelinka. Absent; Marier. Mr. Locher and Mr. Gotwald were also present. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of April 22, 1974 as corrected. Seconded <br />by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of May 9, 1974 as <br />corrected. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />The Clerk reported; <br />Received $5.00 in municipal fines; <br />Read a letter from El Rehbein in regards to the sewer problems at 726 Vicky Lane. <br />They will not assume any responsibility for the problem since the home is 8 <br />years old. <br />Read a letter from a Mr. Thomas Tiedemann of Kasson, Minn. noting problems <br />with a boat and motor purchased from the Outpost. Mr. Locher said this is a <br />civil matter and we cannot help the purchaser. <br />Received $769.25 reimbursement from the State of Minnesota for Police assis- <br />tance with runaways at the Youth Center <br />Read a copy of the Resolution passed by the Anoka County Commissioners requesting <br />an interchange at County Road #14 and Interstate 35W. (These letters are to be <br />sent to Mr. Milton.) <br />1 <br />1 <br />
