Mr. Herubin wes,egin instructed to resubmit plans, to keep <br />the stipulations in mind, and to realize that this was only the intent of <br />the Council, not definite approval. <br />Mr. Cardinal reported that he had located a safe which we could have for <br />nothing if we could provide, transportation. Because of its large size, <br />it world have to go into the shop and would require a crane to lift it. <br />Mr. Rosengren moved to get the safe; Mr. Cardinal will handle the matter. <br />Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Cardinal reported that the Lino Lakes Riding Stables on Birch Street <br />had been taken over by the new owners ( Sandra Dobryanow & Riok O'Connell) <br />who would like to have George kith's special use permit transferred to <br />themselves. There was discussion with the new owners being advised of <br />recurring problems and stipulations to be followed. Mr. Jaworski moved, <br />on the Attorney's advice, that the matter be-referred to the P&Z at their <br />next meeting on April 21st. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Locher stated that the special use permit could be reassigned like in <br />the case of the Baldwin Lake Trailer Park. However, Mr. Siith must assign <br />his rights to the permit over to,the new owners. (Mr. Smith had left before <br />the discussion came up). Mr. Cardinal had a copy of the original permit <br />to take to the P&L meeting. <br />The bills were audited. The final bill from Mattson Building & Supply <br />was referred to Mr. Gotwald before payment. Mr. Cardinal moved that the <br />Clerk write to the serttoe stations in the Village reminding them that the <br />license numbers of the Village vehicles should be written on,the charge <br />slips. Seconded by-Mr. Bohjanen. Carried unanimously. <br />The Clerk was instructed to make copies of the rough draft of the community <br />profile for all the Council to look over prior to the next meeting. <br />Mr. Gotwald suggested that the Assessor obtain 2 copies of the USGS maps for <br />Lino Lakes (1967) to aid in the house count for the burn ban and which <br />could be submitted as evidence to thewPCA. <br />Mr. Cardinal asked Mr. Gotwald to check the distance from the Standard <br />sign on the SE Corner of I35E and Main Street to the Mercott's house to <br />see whether it might be within the 500 -foot limit. <br />Mr. L'Allier instructed the Clerk to ask for a cover sheet on the gas bills <br />in the future., Mr. Locher noted that these billing problems will be taken <br />care of when we get our own tank and pumps. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to pay all the bills except the Mattson bill. Seconded <br />by-Mr. Jaworski, Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski requested the use of the Hall on the 15th of April for the <br />Centennial Hockey League. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 10 :50 P.M.
