80 <br />9/7/71 <br />There was discussion on variances to Ordinance No. 21A. Mr. Cardinal suggested <br />that the fee for a septic system permit should be charged at the same time a <br />building permit is taken out for a new. home. It was decided to place the matter <br />on the next P&Z agenda. <br />The Clerk suggested that the charge for an assessments search be raised from <br />the current $1.00 to $2.00 since there will be additional work with the Jandric <br />assessments. It was decided to put this on the next, Council agenda as well as <br />setting the charge for a copy of the new District Zoning Code.- <br />The next budget meeting was tentatively scheduled for next Tuesday, September <br />14th at 8 P.M. Ave. <br />Minutes approved at the meeting of Sept. 13, 1971L7L L/ <br />Clerk- Treasurer <br />9/13/71 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on September 13, <br />1971, was called to order by-Mayor L'Allier at 8 :10 P.M. with all members <br />present. <br />The following corrections were made to the August 23rd minutes: <br />1. Page 5, paragraph 6, second sentence, change to read, "He noted that <br />only one of the present Council members was involved when Ordinances No. 28 <br />and 29 were passed, and that two of the present Council members were on the <br />Council when Ordinance No. 41 was adopted." <br />2. Page 5, bottom paragraph, end of second line, change "of" to read "and/ <br />or ". <br />3. Page 7, paragraph 2, last sentence, change first part to read, "North <br />Suburban Sanitary Sewer Board thought that in Plan A, which leaves us in <br />the NSSSB area, ". <br />4. Page 8, paragraph 1, end of second sentence, add the word "benefitted. "; <br />change next to last sentence to read, "Mr. L'Allier stated that Mr. Jandric <br />has agreed to make a cash deposit in the bank each year to cover the total <br />amount of the assessments for the year. ". <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the minutes of the regular August 23rd meeting <br />as corrected. Seconded by Mr. L'Allir. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the minutes of the September 7th budget meeting <br />as written. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried unanimously. <br />The Clerk reported that she had posted and caused to be published the notices <br />of filing of affidavits of candidacy. The dates for filing are September 21st <br />through October 5th. <br />The Clerk reported that since 794 people had voted in the November 3, 1970, <br />general election only 6 judges would be needed for the November 2nd election <br />per shift. She inquired whether the Council felt a second shift of judges <br />for counting ballots would be necessary since it was an off -year election. <br />After discussion, Mr. Jaworski moved that only one shift of 6 judges be <br />selected for the November 2, 1971, election.
