80 9/7/71 There was discussion on variances to Ordinance No. 21A. Mr. Cardinal suggested that the fee for a septic system permit should be charged at the same time a building permit is taken out for a new. home. It was decided to place the matter on the next P&Z agenda. The Clerk suggested that the charge for an assessments search be raised from the current $1.00 to $2.00 since there will be additional work with the Jandric assessments. It was decided to put this on the next, Council agenda as well as setting the charge for a copy of the new District Zoning Code.- The next budget meeting was tentatively scheduled for next Tuesday, September 14th at 8 P.M. The Clerk will check with Mr. Hill on the date. Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 10 :04 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Ave. Minutes approved at the meeting of Sept. 13, 1971L7L L/ Clerk- Treasurer 9/13/71 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on September 13, 1971, was called to order by-Mayor L'Allier at 8 :10 P.M. with all members present. The following corrections were made to the August 23rd minutes: 1. Page 5, paragraph 6, second sentence, change to read, "He noted that only one of the present Council members was involved when Ordinances No. 28 and 29 were passed, and that two of the present Council members were on the Council when Ordinance No. 41 was adopted." 2. Page 5, bottom paragraph, end of second line, change "of" to read "and/ or ". 3. Page 7, paragraph 2, last sentence, change first part to read, "North Suburban Sanitary Sewer Board thought that in Plan A, which leaves us in the NSSSB area, ". 4. Page 8, paragraph 1, end of second sentence, add the word "benefitted. "; change next to last sentence to read, "Mr. L'Allier stated that Mr. Jandric has agreed to make a cash deposit in the bank each year to cover the total amount of the assessments for the year. ". Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the minutes of the regular August 23rd meeting as corrected. Seconded by Mr. L'Allir. Carried unanimously. Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the minutes of the September 7th budget meeting as written. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried unanimously. The Clerk reported that she had posted and caused to be published the notices of filing of affidavits of candidacy. The dates for filing are September 21st through October 5th. The Clerk reported that since 794 people had voted in the November 3, 1970, general election only 6 judges would be needed for the November 2nd election per shift. She inquired whether the Council felt a second shift of judges for counting ballots would be necessary since it was an off -year election. After discussion, Mr. Jaworski moved that only one shift of 6 judges be selected for the November 2, 1971, election. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried unanimously.
