1 <br />Special Hearing November 8, 1976 <br />Mayor Bohjanen asked for a show of hands of the home owners present and there <br />were nine. Two of the home owners recommended to the Council this proposal be <br />accepted and the sewers installed. <br />Mr. Schneider moved to close the hearing at 8:10 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Zelinka asked Mr. Locher for the proper wording for the Resolution to order <br />the plans and specifications for the improvements on LaMotte Road. Mr. Locher <br />read the suggested form from the League of Minnesota Municipalities. A copy will <br />be attached to these minutes. <br />Mr. Zelinka so moved. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Gotwald was asked the next step and he said They will prepare the plans and <br />specifications and advertise for bids. The people in the area asked how they <br />could be kept informed of the progress of this and it was suggested that one of <br />the people be appointed as a contact person. Mr. Sprint said he would serve in <br />that capacity. The Clerk will call him when there is any news on this project. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to recognize. Mr. Steve Sprint as contact person for the sewer <br />project on LaMotte Road. Seconded by Mr. McLean.
