III Mr. Zelinka moved to retain the value placed on the property by the assessor unless
the owner asks for a re- assessment by the County Assessor's Office. Seconded by Mr.
McLean. Motion carried.
May 17, 1977
is a fair market value, and the raise in valuation is due to the newer additions.
Mr. Gunner Kronholm questioned the value placed on the 4 unit townhouse on the West
side of the lake. Plat 88080, parcel 2350. He said they had had the units appraised
and the value placed on this building had been $144,000.00.
Mr. Leone said his office had re- valued this building two years ago and had reduced
the value to $172,345.00. He felt that with an income of $200.00 per month per unit
this figure would hold.
Mr. Kelling felt this value would have to be discussed with Mr: Leone who has more
knowledge in the areasof townhouses.
Mr. Kronholm said the appraisal figure is what these units are on the market for at
this time and the bank is having trouble selling them.
After some discussion, Mr. Zelinka moved to lower the value to $152,000 for the 1977
assessment year. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried.
Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 9:50 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Schneider.
