r June 13, 1977 Mr. McLean moved to approve checks #7961 through and including #8011 with #'s 7973 &8001 being voided and #7994 haveing a 10 error in the typed IIIfigures. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion carried unanimoulsy. Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 12:00 midnight. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Aye. These minutes were approved at the June 27, 1977 meeting. Edna L. Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer June 27, 1977 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 8:05 P.M. on June 27, 1977 by Mayor Bohjanen. Council members present; Karth, McLean. Absent; Schneider, Zelinka. Mr. Locher and Mr. Gotwald were also present. Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of June 13, 1977 as presented. Seconded by Mr. Karth. Motion carried unanimously. The Clerk reminded the Council that on the July agenda will Employee evalua- tions and consdieration of computing the Police Contract with Centerville in the same manner as the Fire Contracts are computed. After some discussion on this matter, the first budget hearing was set for August 1, 1977 at 7:30 IIIp.m. with all department heads to be present. The direction of the Council will be set at that meeting and further meeting dates set. IIIThe Public Hearing for West Oaks of Bald Eagle was called to order at 8:35 p.m Mr. Locher read the published notice of the hearing. Mr. McLean reported there had been an Enviornmental Worksheet done on this project and mailed to all the agencies necessary. Mr. McLean asked Mr. Bruggerman if there had been any changes in this plat since it had been submitted to the Planning and Zoning and Mr. Bruggerman said, No. Mr. Kulaszewicz was in the audience. He had called requesting permission to hold a block party. The Clerk had checked with the Attorney and the matter had been cleared with the Insurance agent. Mr. Karth moved to approve this party. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimously. Forms for application for refund from the State on the Shade Tree Program had been received. This was given to Mr. Locher to look over. After some dis- cussion on this matter, the Clerk was instructed to contact Mr. Beach for his assistance on filling out the application. A letter from the Anoka County Comprehensive Health Department was read. This letter sets forth the manner in which this department will assist the local communities. It would appear they will only act as a go- between. There was some discussion of the problems of obtaining a person to act as a Health Officer. The City Council felt they coan only continue to operate in the present manner. The Clerk reported on the following items: ..The SAC of $1500.00 for the remodeling at MMTC had been received. ..A letter from the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission approving the in- stallation of the sewers on LaMotte Road was read. This is to be a part of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for the City.
