11 <br />Mr. Locher noted that the bond election notices must be posted in three places and <br />that two weeks of published notice were necessary. Kay Olson asked that the <br />wording be changed to "qualified registered voters ". <br />Mr. Locher gave out copies of Sign Ord. No. 51 and offered comments on the same. <br />Representatives from Meyer Sign Company and National Adv. Company offered comments <br />and asked questions also. Mr. Jaworski moved to table the matter and send it to <br />the Planning Board for discussion on November 19 and back to the Council on <br />November 24th. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal.
