Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. <br />Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved that a final notice be sent to Mr. Stein stating that the fees <br />must be paid within 30 days or the Attorney would pursue the matter further. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Rosengren moved to pay the bills as audited. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. <br />Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Scherer asked Mr. Bohjanen when the brochure would be completed; he felt that we <br />had waited long enough - -it had been promised sooner. Mr. Bohjanen stated they were <br />working on it. <br />Mr. Myhre requested that a letter be sent to the State Hwy. Dept. regarding the <br />intersection of 49 and 135W where two of the street lights are not working; he <br />stated that he had made numerous requests via the Sheriff's office- -there had been <br />serious accidents there. After discussion, Mr. L'Allier moved that a letter be <br />written to the State stipulating that due to the continuing hazardous conditions <br />at that intersection which jeopardize the safety and welfare of people in the <br />community, we request they take steps before additional injuries occur due to the <br />inadequate safety of the lighting conditions. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Myhre also mentioned that the signs promised by the County for December had not <br />been put up. Mr. L'Allier stated that the County Commissioner and County Engineer <br />would be at the next meeting and we could mention it then. ,Mr. Scherer <br />stated that he had talked with Mr. Burman that day and had been promised that the <br />signs will be installed,by the next meeting. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 10:38 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren.
