IIIThe Clerk was instructed to ask the Forest Lake Times to attach copies of the publi- <br />cations with their bills. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to grant an on -sale liquor license to Henry H. Rosengren, dba <br />Hank's Cafe to be effective April 1st providing that Mr. Rosengren signs the bond and <br />pays the license fee to the Clerk. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried un- <br />animously with Mr. Rosengren abstaining. Mr. Rosengren stated he would check with <br />his agents to renew the policy on Jy 1. <br />The Clerk reported that no fees had been received from either Mr. Stein or Mr. <br />Schmitz. Mr. Myhre reported that Mr. Schmitz had been tagged for not removing his <br />trailer and had been given until March 18 to remove it by the Judge without appearing <br />before a jury. Mr. Myhre also reported that Mr. Schmitz had told the Judge that <br />he had not received any letters telling him to move out and pay the bill. The <br />Clerk was instructed to send Mr. Schmitz copies of the letters written him by <br />certified mail. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to authorize Mr. Locher to collect, by legal means, the $178.50 <br />owing by Mr. Al Stein for rezoning fees and special use permit fees.. Seconded by <br />Mr. Rosengren. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to authorize Mr. Locher to collect by legal means the $91.86 owed <br />by Mr. Schmitz for special use permit fees providing his place of employment can <br />be found. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Gotwald suggested that sample copies of ordinances on land use in multiple <br />dwelling areas be studied; although Outlot G is well provided for in this respect, <br />future plats may cause trouble if we have no ordinance governing the same. He will <br />try to get some sample ordinances for us. Mr. Cardinal will ask the Planner for <br />some also. <br />1 <br />Mr. L'Aliier asked the Clerk to write Mr. Ray to send a rate list for the floater <br />policy so that some provision can be made to pay ahead instead of writing $1.00 <br />checks for each item added. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to pay the bills as audited. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to adjourn at 9:28 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski.
