All Council members were present as were Robert <br />Raymond, John McLean and Glenn Rehbein of the Municipal Building Committee and <br />Mr. George Gotwald to make the presentation. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to authorize Mr. Gotwald, Engineer, to immediately revise the <br />building specifications, as suggested in the earlier discussion, and to contact the <br />Attorney on the publication and letting of the bids for the building. Seconded by <br />Mr. Rosengren. Carried unanimously. <br />It was decided that there would be a $25.00 fee charged for each copy of the revised <br />bidding specifications. <br />
