After discussion on the Verner Dahl trailer on Main Street which has not yet been <br />removed, Mr. Cardinal moved that a letter be sent to Mr. Dahl telling his that the <br />trailer must be removed or it would be tagged and warrant be served on him. Seconded <br />by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Cardinal noted that the Planning and Zoning had discussed another trailer on <br />County Road J. Mr. Myhre stated that it was not being lived in and was for sale; <br />this is allowed under our ordinance. Mr. Locher stated that there are some ordinances <br />out which specify special parking areas for trailers which are being stored. After <br />discussion on different types of trailers, Mr. Jaworaki moved to have Mr. Locher check <br />other municipal ordinances on parking of trailers. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. <br />Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Cardinal reported that W. Ray Rehbein had brought in a proposed plat on Marshan <br />Lane to the Planning & Zoning and had requested a variance on Lot B of that plat so- <br />that he could close the deal on his house immediately. Mr. Cardinal moved to set <br />hearings on Mr. Ray Rehbein's proposed plat before the P&Z on July 15 at 9:00 p.m6 <br />and before the Council on July 27 at 9:00 p.m. Seconded by-Mr. Bohjanen. Carried <br />unanimously. The legal descriptions are needed before the notices can be drawn up; <br />also a check for $100 muat,be deposited towards the costs on the plat. There wes,some <br />discussion on the plat. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to grant a variance to Ordinance No. 21A to Mr. Raymond Rehbein for <br />Lot B of his proposed plat on Morahan Lane described as follows: <br />That part of the Southeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 17, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of S.E. 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 <br />of Section 17, thence North 0° 04' East along the East line of <br />said S.E. 1/4 of N.W. 1/4 a distance of 249.91 feet, thence <br />North 66° 01' West a distance of 720.56 feet to the point of <br />beginning of property herein to be described thence South 66° 01' <br />East a distance of 110 feet, thence South 2319 59' West a distance <br />of 202.48 feet to a point on the course North 78° 56' West as <br />recorded in Book 327 of Deeds, page 368, distant 60.25 feet from <br />the point of beginning of said course, thence North 78° 56''West <br />along said course a distance of 41.75 feet, thence North 21° 25'. <br />West a distance of 33.5 feet, thence South 88° 20' West a distance <br />of 50.72 feet to a point South 23° 59' West of the point of <br />beginning, thence North 23° 59' East a distance of 218.41 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried unanimously. <br />A letter from Mr. Bernard Steffen, County Administrator, was read concerning the <br />proposed ordinance on sanitary landfills, incinerators and transfer stations in <br />the County. Copies of the letter will be made for the Council. Mr. Jaworaki had <br />looked over the proposed ordinance and found it to be very restrictive. It called for <br />fencing and screening, full -time attendants, allowing private citizens to dump anything. <br />However, it mentioned nothing on rodent control, which Mr. Jaworski felt was very' <br />important and should be included. Mr. Jaworski moved to authorize the Clerk to send <br />a letter to Mr. Steffen indicating that Lino Lakes would like to see rodent control <br />contained in the proposed ordinance. 'Also, if any of the Council had anything else <br />to include in the ordinance to add that to the letter. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. <br />Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. L'Allier stated that he had attended a meeting of the referral committee of <br />
