Carley mentioned that on any municipal work, there is no building permit charge; IIIthis would be included in any bids Mr. Hagen gets from his sub- contractor. Mr. Rosengren asked if the well should be put in any particular time and was told it was okay anytime after the fottings were installed. Mfr. Locher recommended an insulated water tank for the well. The water tank can be put either in the garage, furnace room, or outside along with the well. The Clerk was asked to call the Engineer's office requesting that they draw up specifications on a well to be presented at the August 10th meeting. Mr. Jaworski made a motion for letting of bids,for installation of a well at the municipal building. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Carried unanimously. Mr. Rosengren mentioned that approximately 300 sq. yds. of carpeting would,be needed for the Clerk's office and Council chambers and approximately 1100 sq. ft. of tile will be required. He also suggested that the women ' and mens' bathrooms be reversed. There was discussion about insurance on the building between Mfr. Hagen and Mi. Locher. Mr. Locher said the Village should take out premise liability. Mir. Carley compared the contract with the spees,and found it to be okay. He left the meeting around 10 :10 p.m. Mr. Locher read over the contract and recommended it be signed. The payment bond and certificate of insurance had not yet been received by the Village office. Mir. L'Allier asked for a motion to authorize the Mayor,and the Deputy Clerk to sign the agreement between Mattson Building & Supply Co., Inc. and Lino Lakes Village. Mr. Bohjanen made a motion authorizing the signing of the contract with the stipulation that we get the certificate of insurance, performance bond, and payment bond. Mir. Rosengren seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 10:50 p.m. Seconded by M►r. Rosengren. Minutes approved at the meeting of August 10, 1970 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on August 10, 1970, was called to order at 8:05 p.m. by Mayor L'Allier with all members present. Also present were Attorney Locher and Mir. Gotwald. Mr. Jaworski moved t� accept the July 27th minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Rosen - gren. Carried unanimously. Mr. Bohjanen moved to accept the minutes of the special meeting of August 3rd as written. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Carried unanimously. Mr. Locher had received the following information for the new Village Hail- -Labor and Material payment bond, Performance Bond, letter from The First National Insurande Agency stating that Mattson Building & Supply have insurance coverage of $100,000.00 in effect on buildings under construction, and a 5 -year Building Warranty from Stren- Steel. IIIThis information, along with the Certificate °of Insurance, signed contracts and specifi- cations will be filed in the Clerk -s office. Mr. Locher requests a copy of the corrected plans for our records as there is a change in the rest rooms. Mr. Cardinal and Mr. Jaworski had nothing to report.
