The hospital had reported that the bond had failed overall by <br />some 82 votes. <br />The results of the opinion poll on Mobile Home Parks (paid for by Peter Scherer) <br />showed 123 yes votes to 239 no votes. Persons did not have to be registered to <br />vote on this ballot. <br />
