Carried unanimously. <br />Norfnan Miller presented a letter from Francis Husnik indication that <br />Holly Drive had been maintained by Centerville' Township and Lino bakes <br />from 1936 to 1958 inclusive. r' r. Locher checked the wording on this and <br />indicated the chages that should be made. Copies of this affidavit °were <br />to be made for all members, the Attorney and the Engineer. The Clerk <br />was asked to check the old files for records of such maintenance, es <br />was W. Gotwald 8180. <br />Roy Becklin asked the reporters to warn parents about children tunneling <br />in the snow banks because of the danger of the plow sealing them in. <br />Air. Aye. <br />Geis <br />Clerk- easureY- <br />2/22/71 <br />The regularr meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on February 22, <br />1971, was called to order at 7:57 P.M. by Mayor L'Allier with all members <br />present. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to accept the minutes of the February 8th meeting as <br />corrected. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Carried unanimously. <br />The Clerk reported that no insurance bids were ready yet. She presented <br />2 applications for the Deputy Clerk position from Mrs. Elaine Hunt and Mrs. <br />Shirley Gothmann, noting that Mrs. Sarver, Assessor, had filled out an <br />application but had wished it withdrawn since other applications had,been <br />received. Also, the affidavits of publication of the notice were here. <br />Mr. Bohjatien,moved to turn the applications over the Personnel Commission <br />for consideration. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Cardinal stated that Mr. Cecil LaMotte had again presented his pre- <br />liminary plat for LaMotte's Third Addittion to the P&Z on Feb 17th. The <br />Clerk read a letter from Mr. Gotwald regarding some omissions from the <br />plat. The turnaround and the future Centerville Park road were discussed. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to accept the preliminary plat of LaMotte's Third <br />Addittion subject to compliance to the Engineer's recommendations. <br />Seconded by Mr.'Jaworski. Carried unanimously. <br />The Molin Concrete Products building plans were discussed. A letter from <br />, the Planner regarding same was read, stating that Molin should reduce limits <br />of construction to a 50' setback from 4th Avenue, require planting of trees <br />in various places, show the utility entrances clearly and require the <br />approval of the exterior apperance of the building by the Building Inspector <br />Mr. Cardinal noted that the P&Z had recommended approval of the plans. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to accept the plans for Moline Concrete Products subject <br />to the Engineer's approval of the utility entrances and the sewer system. <br />
