Carried. <br />Mr. Locher stated that the assessments for sealcoating of Sunrise was shared by <br />0 landowners each in the amount of $514.50 for lots 18,21 and 23, thus including <br />Sunrise Park. <br />1 <br />The Clerk was instructed to write to Mr. Kuitu of Ma setting up a meeting with <br />the Council for the purpose of examining the transparencies of the Noise- Contour <br />charts and to ask him questions on other aspects of the proposed airport. The <br />Council would prefer to meet on either June 4 or 6 or some other evening or Saturday. <br />Mr. Bohjanen and Mr. L'Allier had attended the April 30 hearing at the Anoka <br />Airport. The statistics were given that incoming altitude over Lino School would <br />be 600' and outgoing would be 1500' from the Ham Lake Site. <br />The police report was as follows: 1 assist, 3 domestic calls, 6 tickets, 3 accidents, <br />41 radio calls, 3 fire calls, 2 medical calls, 4 break -ins, 7 escapees from the <br />Youth Center (4 from B building) totalling 2 hours time; mileage 1583 miles, <br />hours: Raymond 69, West 66, Myhre 71. <br />A letter from the County Attorney was read regarding signing of the Mutual Aid <br />Agreemnet by Fridley, Blaine, and Coon Rapids. <br />A couple in the audience inquired whether Mrs. LeTourneau had gotten building <br />permits for the holes dug on her property and whether she had a special use permit <br />for the horses which she alledgedly is buying and selling there. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved that the Clerk be authorized to cash in certificated of deposit <br />in the amount of $1,000.00 at the Centennial State Bank Of Lexington. Seconded <br />by Mr. Rosengren. Carried. <br />The Clerk was instructed to write to the Lexington Fire Department telling them <br />that payment of the first half of the contract would be made on or after June 15 <br />due to insufficient funds. <br />Mr. Pete Scherer inquired about fixing 64th and whether North Central Public Ser- <br />vice was doing any more work in the Village. The Clerk will write North Central <br />asking them about their plans for 1968 and specifically on 20th Avenue,North, <br />Birch Street, Main W-st of Centerville, and Centerville Road as well as County <br />Road J, per request of residents and asking them to advise of of their decisdons. <br />Motion by Mr. Rosengren, seconded by Mr. Jaworski, to pay bills as audited.
