42 <br />Mr. Cardinal then moved that the Council issue a special use permit to Mrs. , <br />Howard to construct, maintain and operate, according to law, a Trailer Camp, <br />also known as a Mobile Home Park, and necessary structures and improvements <br />on the lands situated in the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />and which are described as follows: <br />All of Lots 16, 17, 18 and 19, Blook 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres; and <br />Lot 20, Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres, except that part thereof <br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said <br />Lot 20; thence West along the South line of said Lot 20, a <br />distance of 200 feet; thence North at right angles to the North <br />limes of said Lot 20; thence East on said North line to the North - <br />eest corner of said Lot 20, to the place of beginning, according <br />to the map or plat thereof on file and of reeordin the office <br />of the Register of deeds, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />with the following stipulations: that the work be done on up- grading the old <br />part by the end of the year's construction season (December 1, 1968) except <br />for conditions beyond her control and that no additional use permits be <br />granted on the additional 50 spaces until such work is completed and the plans <br />are approved by the State Board of Health we well as completed plans are <br />okayed by the Engineer. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal then moved to adjourn the bearing on the special use permit for <br />the additional 50 lots having the following legal description: <br />All of Lot 14, Blook 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres; and Lot 15, <br />Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres, except the West 300 Feet <br />of the Easterly 500 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />for an indefinite time until reconvened. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. <br />Mr. Rosengren mentioned that the West service road from 64th to the County <br />Line had been held back due to lack of funds, but there would be a crossover <br />at 64th until construction is completed. Also, reflectors were put up at the <br />approach at County 14 and 35E. Mr. Rosengren had talked to local contractors <br />involved in earthmoving and all had agreed that payment for services could <br />wait until funds were available. <br />Mr. Rosengren reported that he and Mr. Gotwald had come up with the following <br />priority list for road work to be done when time and weather conditions permit: <br />1) gravel and rebuild 80th to the County Line, 2) gravel East County Line Road <br />3) gravel Fourth and Pine north from Main Street 4) gravel West and East <br />Rondeau Lake Road later, 5) gravel west Holly Drive and 12th Avenue where <br />needed 6) seal -coat Bald Eagle Boulevard 7) grade and build up Linda Street <br />and Lauren Drive 8) seal -coat Ware Road and Lakeview area streets. <br />Mr. L'Allier asked Mr. Rosengren to have Mr. Gotwald make cost estimates on <br />these road projects. Mr. Rosengren mentioned that one piece of equipment <br />the Village needs is a road packer. <br />On recommendation from Mr. Locher, Mr. Bohjanen moved to have Mr. Ray make a <br />binder on an insurance policy for the Civil Defense with similar coverage as <br />the workman's oompensation policy. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. The <br />Clerk was instructed to call Mr. Bryant for the number of Civil Defense members. <br />
