50 <br />It was stated that new reflectors had been put up on County Road 12 and <br />Sunset. Mr. L'Allier presented the noise- contour chart superimposed on a large <br />map of the area.which had been sent by the county surveyor. He mentioned <br />that MAC would purchase the land in the "C" zones and some of these would be <br />on a lease -back basis. The next MAC hearing will be July 9 in the evening <br />at the Anoka County Airport. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved that we ask the county surveyor to give ua two dozen reduced <br />size copies of the noise contour map for the Council and the P&Z. Seconded <br />by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. <br />Mr. Donald Symanski and Mr. Harold Gestson appeared before the Council to com- <br />plain that Mr. Paul Videen of Midland, Videen, Inc., 1686 Lydia Avenue, had <br />sold and are trying to sell split lots in Lakeview Woodlands, the lots in par- <br />ticular being Block 2, Lot 26, and Block 3, Lot 1. Mr. Cardinal moved that <br />we write Midland, Videen, Inc. telling them that they need a variance to divide <br />these lots and asking them to appear before the Council at the next regular <br />meeting. A copy of ordinance 21A will be sent, also copies of this letter to <br />Mr. Symanski and Mr. Gestson. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />The hearing on prosecution by the Johnson is continued to July 8 at 2PM, <br />however, a different date is trying to be worked out. (Date was set for <br />July 22 at 1:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved that we pay the bills as audited. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. <br />Carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to adjourn at 10:08 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski.
