Carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier announced that Mr. Al Dupre had completed giving house numbers <br />to 111 homes and had given the list of names and house addresses to him. Mr. <br />Cardinal moved to have the Clerk send out postcards to the people involved and <br />ask them to post the numbers on their homes. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier thanked Mr. Dupre for the fine job in numbering the houses and <br />indicated that all houses are now numbered at the time a building permit is issued. <br />Mr. L'Allier mentioned that there had been a hearing of the Metropolitan Airport <br />Commission on July 9 and that it had been continued until a later date to give <br />the Commission a chance to study in depth alternate sites which may be better <br />suited for an airport. The Governor had requested that this study be made. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved that Mr. Cardinal give the Engineer the Village thoroughfare <br />maps so that he can make a transparancey of the new roads in the Village. <br />Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. <br />The Clerk read a letter from Midland - Videen indicating that they had not knowingly <br />violated any ordinances and had inclosed two checks to cover the fee for two <br />variances which would be required because two of the lots did not meet legal <br />frontage . Mr. Videen was present to describe how the lots were divided. Mr. <br />Bohjanen moved to accept the two variances with the stipulation that the legal <br />description 0,/ % /4/ x0 / `1/ %/a1/ X0 /Z/ /%$ / of Lot 1, Block 3, be <br />given to the Clerk. Legal description: a result from the splitting of Lot 1 <br />Block 3, Lake View Woodlands: <br />All that portion of Lot one (1), Block Three, lying Northeasterly of the <br />following described line, extended: Beginning at a point on the North- <br />westerly lot line of said Lot one (1), Block Three a distance of 100 feet <br />Southwesterly of the most Northerly corner of said Lot one (1), Blook <br />Three; thence Southeasterly parallel to the Northeasterly lot line, to <br />a point on the Southerly lot line of said Lot one (1), Block Three, and <br />there terminating, all in Lake View Woodlands, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />All that portion of Lot one (1), Block three, except that portion lying <br />Northeasterly of the following described line,extended: Beginning at a <br />point on the Northwesterly lot line of said Lot one (1), Block three a <br />distance of 100 feet Southwesterly of the most Northerly corner of said <br />Lot one (1), Block Three; thence Southweasterly parallel to the North- <br />easterly lot lin e to a point on the Southerly lot line of said Lot one <br />(1), Block Three, and there terminating, all in Lake View Woodlands, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />Lot 26, Block 2 has the following legal description after being split: <br />(1) The West 100' of Lot 26, Block 2, Lake View Woodlands, Township 31, <br />Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(2) Lot 26, except the West 100' thereof, Block 2, Lake View Woodlands, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />The Clerk was instructed to file the letter from the Michauds until the matter <br />comes up again. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to pay the bills as audited.
