Withholding 51.40 Minutes approved at the meeting of October 28, 1968 89 C rk-Treasurer The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on October 28, 1968 was called to order at 8:11 p.m. by Mayor L'Allier with all members present. Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the minutes of the October 14 meeting as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. Mr. L'Allier announced the following meetings: Anoka County Association here on October 30, with discussion of the proposed airport, the November 4 meeting of police and mayor, and a Metro Council meeting on October 29 with reasons presented for selecting the Ham Lake site. Mr. L'Allier appointed Mrs. Richard Sarner as Assessor for the 1969 assessment. Mr. Cardinal moved to ratify the appointment of Mrs. Sarner as Assessor at the same salary of $1800. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. Mr. L'Allier announced the resignation of Mr. Dan Waldoch from the Planning and Zoning Board due to other commitments and accepted same. He then appointed Mr. James Husnik to fill this post, as he had indicated earlier that he would like to serve. Mr. Bohjanen moved to ratify Mr. Husnik's appointment to the Planning and Zoning Board. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Board were read. The hearing for the special use permit petition by Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wiener was called to order at 8:32 p.m. The Attorney stated that the affidavits for posting of the notices and mailing of same were in order; at the P&Z meeting immediately preceding the Council meeting the petition had received a recommendation for approval. There was no comment pro or con from the audience. Thereupon, Mr. Rosengren moved to issue a special use permit to Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wiener to place, maintain and have occupied as a residence, by Ada Nelson, a mobile home on the lands situated in the Village of Lino Lakes and which are described as follows, to-wit: Lots four and five, Arthur E. Thom Acres No. two, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka County. for the lifetime of Ada Nelson with the stipulation that the mobile home be re- moved from the premises within 30 days following her demise. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. unanimously. The hearing adjourned at 8:36 p.m.
