Withholding 51.40 <br />Minutes approved at the meeting of October 28, 1968 <br />89 <br />C rk-Treasurer <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council held on October 28, 1968 <br />was called to order at 8:11 p.m. by Mayor L'Allier with all members present. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to accept the minutes of the October 14 meeting as corrected. <br />Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier announced the following meetings: Anoka County Association here <br />on October 30, with discussion of the proposed airport, the November 4 meeting <br />of police and mayor, and a Metro Council meeting on October 29 with reasons <br />presented for selecting the Ham Lake site. <br />Mr. L'Allier appointed Mrs. Richard Sarner as Assessor for the 1969 assessment. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to ratify the appointment of Mrs. Sarner as Assessor at the <br />same salary of $1800. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier announced the resignation of Mr. Dan Waldoch from the Planning and <br />Zoning Board due to other commitments and accepted same. He then appointed Mr. <br />James Husnik to fill this post, as he had indicated earlier that he would like <br />to serve. Mr. Bohjanen moved to ratify Mr. Husnik's appointment to the Planning <br />and Zoning Board. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Board were read. <br />The hearing for the special use permit petition by Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wiener was <br />called to order at 8:32 p.m. The Attorney stated that the affidavits for posting <br />of the notices and mailing of same were in order; at the P&Z meeting immediately <br />preceding the Council meeting the petition had received a recommendation for <br />approval. There was no comment pro or con from the audience. <br />Thereupon, Mr. Rosengren moved to issue a special use permit to Mr. and Mrs. <br />Edward Wiener to place, maintain and have occupied as a residence, by Ada Nelson, <br />a mobile home on the lands situated in the Village of Lino Lakes and which are <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br />Lots four and five, Arthur E. Thom Acres No. two, according to the map <br />or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds in and for Anoka County. <br />for the lifetime of Ada Nelson with the stipulation that the mobile home be re- <br />moved from the premises within 30 days following her demise. Seconded by Mr. <br />Bohjanen. Carried. unanimously. The hearing adjourned at 8:36 p.m. <br />
