1 <br />1t1 <br />Mr. L'Allier moved to adopt the following changes in Ord. 20: 1) The deletion of <br />Rule 26 to be replaced by the following: "The minutes of each meeting shall be re- <br />duced to typewritten form, shall be signed by the Clerk, and copies thereof shall be <br />delivered to each Council member as soon as practicable after the meeting. At the <br />next 04Wrid regular council meeting following such delivery, approval of the minutes <br />shall be considered by the Council. Unless the reading of the minutes is requested <br />by a member of the Council, they may be approved without a reading if the Clerk has <br />previously furnished each member a copy thereof." 2) Rule 21 as follows: "An <br />agenda of business for eachregular Council meeting shall be prepared and filed in the <br />office of the Clerk not later than five (5) days next preceding the meeting. The <br />agenda shall be prepared inlaccordance with the order of business and copies thereof <br />shall be delivered to each Council member, the Attorney, and Engineer as far in ad- <br />vance of the meeting as time for preparation will permit. No item of business shall <br />be considered unless it appears on theagenda for the meeting; but the Council, may in <br />its discretion, consider matters not appearing on the agenda." 3) "Any corrections <br />of minutes are to be included as a part of the typewritten minutes of the following <br />meeting and are to be read at the next meeting." Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />Mr. Locher stated that formal publication of said changes are unnecessary. <br />Mr. Dupre presented maps and diagrams of the building being constructed by Acton Co. <br />Mr. Dennis Houle stated that Richard Peterson had received the most votes for the at- <br />large post on the Hospital Board. All incumbants had been returned. <br />Mr. L'Allier presented a copy of the Minnesota Plumbing Code; Mr. Bohjanen will check <br />on it. <br />Mr. Rosengren moved to pay the bills as audited. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />Mr. Rosengren moved to adjourn at 11:15 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen.
