Mr. Myhre reported that the person living at County Road J and Ware Road was hauling in bits of shingles for a nursery and was making a road through the swamp.with them. The owner of the junk on Baldwin Lake Road was cleaning up. The cars reported to be on Mrs. Rose LeTourneau's property turned out bo be two cars belonging to her sons and which had been in an accident, consequently being held for insurance settlement. She is in the process of moving. Mr. Bohjanen moved that the Clerk send a certified letter to Mrs. Rose Le- Tourneau giving her a 30 -day deadline to remove the junk cars from her property. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Carried. Mr. L'Allier asked Mr. Rosengren to see that hard covers are made for the plat maps. He also asked that the names of owners of unsightly property be given to the police department for inspection. Mr. L'Allier then discussed the bond letter received from Lindberg and the re- lease okay by Milner Carley. Mr. L'Allier stated that he would not object to the release of the bond but that there were some corrections which he hoped to work out with the company- -there are two low areas. Mr. Cardinal then moved that we hold off releasing the Lindberg bond until the low spots are filled in. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried with Mr. L'Allier abstaining. Mr. Bohjanen moved to pay the bills as audited. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Carried. The motion to adjourn came at 10 p.m. made by Mr. Jaworski and seconded by Mr. Bohjanen.
