105 <br />Mr. Rosengren questioned whether the road to the County park at Centerville Lake <br />shouldn't be the County's responsibility to maintain. Mr. Locher mentioned that <br />it was a precedent when the park had been built on a Village Road, he will check. <br />Completing the roadway out to Centerville Road it a part of the up- coming County <br />survey plan. <br />Mr. Dupre reported that Schwenkl's trailer permit for 90 days had expired. After <br />discussion Mr. Jaworski moved that the Clerk send a letter to Mr. Schwankl telling <br />him that the trailer must be moved out within 30 days. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. <br />Carried unanimously. <br />Mr. L'Allier asked that a resuolution be drawn up asking the County to consider <br />locating a major maintenance facility in Lino Lakes. However, Mr. Bohjanen re- <br />minded him that the County had already been written to concerning this. Mr. <br />Bohjanen then moved that the Village carry on with the previous recommendation <br />and send a follow -up letter asking the County to once again consider study on <br />building a maintenance facility in Lino Lakes. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved that the Attorney send a letter to the Flannagan's stating that <br />the requested letter of survey be in within 30 days or the garage be removed. Sec- <br />onded by Mr. Rosengren. Carried. <br />Mr. Bohjanen agreed to take the special basement permit to Mr. Dick Olson to get <br />his signature. <br />Mr. L'Allier passed around literature on the Facit typewriter along with a quo ted <br />price and stating a guarantee of one year; also that a wooden desk was available <br />for $95. Mr. Jaworski will check on the equipment. The matter will be decided at <br />the next meeting. <br />The Civil Defense Director, Charles Cape, will be conducting a medical self -help <br />course at the Lino School starting December 17 at 8 p.m. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to authorize the purchase of outside telephone with a cut -off <br />switch to be used at the Constable's homes. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. <br />After discussion it was decided to price the different CB and walkie - talkie units <br />available which might be used by the police force and the Civil Defense in order <br />to communicate with the Youth Center directly. <br />The police report for November: 1 accident, 1 breakin, 2 domestics, 1 car stolen, <br />6 calls and five hours at the Youth Center for a total of 67 hours and 886 miles. <br />Mr. Myhre noted that there had been no traffic deaths in the Village this year and <br />that accidents were down 40 per cent. <br />Consideration of an ordinance requiring licensing of professional services will be <br />tentatively placed on the agenda for the first meeting in January. <br />Mr. Myhre reported that he had talked with Mr. Bruder who has promised to finish` <br />cleaning up the trash as soon as his garage is cleaned out. He will try again to <br />get hold of Don Paul. <br />Discussion of a possible ordinance regulating the above- ground storage of gasoline <br />ensued and will be brought up at the next meeting. <br />The decision has been made to burn the house at Elm and Highway 8 on December 22nd. <br />Tilsen barn will be taken care of later- -the owners are out of state. Mr. Rosengren <br />will contact the State about a house at 35W and Sunset. <br />
